Northern League - 2024 Review

It’s that time again: time to review the state of the Northern League (the wargames competition scene in the North of England).  It's a bit late this year. The organiser's probably been busy.

I'm glad to say that, yet again, I managed to participate in my increasingly standard two rounds.

Observations

  • The league seems to have settled into a stable pattern with average players per round in the mid to high twenties.  Sadly, there's no sign of increasing attendance for either rule set.
  • The average number of DBMM players now looks to be declining slightly with falls in both 2023 and 2024.
  • The number of ADLG players who attended all five rounds remained at 2 players. For DBMM the figure remained at 5 players.

Data Set
