15 mm Wars of the Roses Archers (Part 2/4)

This project draws ever closer to a conclusion with the completion of eight bases of levy archers.  They are four to a base to represent the more organised levy of the period and are easily differentiated from the irregular levy (three to a base) in part 1.

The unit uses figures from Feudal Castings which have quite a bit of variety in period equipment & dress if not in pose.  They are clearly late 15^th century figures in contrast to the early 15^th century (HYW?) figures from Essex in Part 1.

 

Although this project started as a rebasing project these figures have seen a lot more work than originally intended.
